Fighting Back Blushing Problem and Rosacea!

Anyone who has a blushing problem knows it is something that can hold you back, limit your opportunities and shut your potential off to the world. Its a terrible feeling and it is one that needs guidance to overcome. Read the article and get some free help today..

Why do we start blushing and getting facial heat and redness in the first place is unkown. But how we can fight back and limit the symptoms is up to us! Through experience and commitment I have found ways to limit the symptoms and live a life that does not constantly cause me anxiety and the fear of blushing. Its not magic, it is simply a lifestyle change. Follow the below steps and start seeing improvements in your blushing.

First of all, blushing is the imflammatory act where your facial vessels fill up with blood due to a serge of adrenaline or other various causes. When the neurons hit the surface of the face, we feel a burning sensation. For all blushers out there you know this feeling and if you are anything like me you hate it. The burning sensation is in other word imflammation. So the real answer is how do we lower imflammation levels in the body, to the point where no matter what situation of room temperature our face will not flush.

If you have been blushing for a long time you may feel  like you have tried everything and nothing will work. Do not give up yet, give this a real try and I guarantee you will see some improvement. It does take time but it definately is a life saver if you are committed to it. Enough chat, read below for my anti imflammatory lifestyle for a blush free life:

Foods to Avoid :
- White Foods including white bread, white potatoes, white rice.
- Pasta
- Processed Cereal
- Sugar Foods/ Candy Bars
- Soft Drinks
- Fruit Juices (high in sugar)
- Honey
-Caffeine and Alcohol (if possible)
- AVOID BAD FATS - TRANS FATTY FOODS, poly unsaturated fats and partially hydrogenated (margarine)

Foods to Eat:
-Raw Vegtables (Brocolli and other raw vegtables )
-Red grapes, blueberries, blackberries
-Yogurt
-Walnuts
-Cranberry Juice (100% real juice)
-A lot of water
-Green Tea

Herbs and Vitamins:
-Omegga 3 fatty acid supplements
-Vitamin B Supplements
-Aspirin (every morning)
-Anti Histamine (before hot shower)
-Ginger, Licorce, German Chamomile

Exercise:
-Our body will lower its imflammatory response naturally through daily exercise. This step is very important to maximize the results of this anti imflammatory diet.

In general avoid foods that convert sugar into energy quick. These type of foods are what release insulin and the flammatory response in our bodies that cause us to flush. Another tip is to eat a lot of smaller meals rather than a few large ones. The goal of this lifestyle change is to limit the imflammation  in our bodies which will in turn greatly reduce flushing and blushing. When I strictly live by these rules I never blush!
